Certification Exam Feedback, Complaints and Appeals

Many times a person that takes a RETA exam would like to provide feedback to RETA about their thoughts regarding their testing session.

There is a survey available at the end of the exam - however the form below is available for anyone to leave feedback, file a complaint or file an appeal.
