Greetings,
The Arizona Chapter of RETA would like to invite you to attend their biennial Greater Phoenix Ammonia Safety Day 2019 on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. This event will be held at the George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center located at 415 E Grant Street in Phoenix Arizona 85004 from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This day of training will include presentations by local, state and federal officials with an emphasis on awareness, safety and response to facilities that use anhydrous ammonia. You are especially encouraged to attend if you are:
- An anhydrous ammonia refrigeration operator or technician
- A business owner and/or manager of a facility that uses anhydrous ammonia
- A first responder
- A regulatory agent or official
You can register to attend at Eventbrite.com under Greater Phoenix Ammonia Safety Day 2019. Tickets are $10.00 per person and includes breakfast, lunch and snacks. Attendees are also entered into a raffle with prizes drawn throughout the day (must be present to win).
